Homemade Shepherd's Pie with extra carrots

Homemade Shepherd's Pie, again! This time I deliberately onion and tripled carrots to expand the portion of the whole pie in a healthy way. As a result, carrots dominated the pie visually. The taste was pretty good as usual, though. It didn't taste like a carrot pie. Lamb provided the pie with a strong meaty flavor after all; some additional veggies didn't affect the basic flavor.
