Cod Cakes in Tomato Sauce in England

I made our favorite Jerusalem version of cod cakes in tomato sauce. Served with butter saffron Basmati rice and streamed baby leaf greens, the fish dish was wonderful. It's easy to get high quality fresh fish, including cod, here. I would like to cook fish more often. This was my first time to buy baby leaf greens. I don't know what baby leaf greens are exactly, or whether it is the real name. Well, the package said "baby leaf greens." It was deep green, flat leaves, like spinach while the texture was like kale. It tasted like mild kale. I liked baby leaf greens. It's a great alternative to kale or spinach.
