New Set of Vinegar from Demijion in York

Our vinegar bottles from Demijohn, "the liquid deli" got empty. It was time to go to York to fill them up. This time we fill the four bottles with something new for us - Lemon, Apple, Blackcurrant and Tayberry. I personally have never heard Tayberry. Wiki told me that "Tayberry is a cultivated shrub in the genus Rubus of the family Rosaceae patented in 1979 as a cross between a blackberry and a red raspberry, and named after the river Tay in Scotland." Images of the berry online look like a long-shaped raspberry. Tayberry vinegar tasted lovely fruity and mellow without being too sweet. The other three vinegars were also delightful. Let's eat more fresh salad!
