Dear Bakeri Baltzersen

Baltzersen's bakery, Bakeri Balzersen was open some weeks ago. We must have one of 60 customers who luckily received their hand-made loaves and pastries on the bakery's first home-delivery day. Freshly baked breads came home while we were in pajama. How luxurious!

Their rhubarb wienerbrød was delightful! J thought it was his favorite rhubarb pastries. Their croissant and butter pudding was pretty good, too. I microwaved it a bit to serve slightly warm. I would love to pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream next time although the bakery hasn't made the item recently.

I also liked their croissants that were not too heavy or flaky. Their white bloomer had a lovely flavor and good for sandwich. Their rye bread was so seed-y and super dense! Since this first order, we have been placing an order. Our third order just came a few days ago. Smell and taste of delicious breads always cheer us up. Thank you Baltzersen!
