Linguine Carbonara
Somehow some slices of bacon were relaxing in our refrigerator. I don't remember why I (yes, it must be me) bought bacon and what I did. Anyway, I used half of the leftover to make carbonara sauce with a good punch of freshly cracked black peppercorns. The result was tasty but a bit more saucy than usual. I may look into a different recipe for next time.
