J's Duck Egg Omelette

Recently J made omelette with duck eggs that he picked up at a local M&S store for fun. It was our first time to invite duck eggs into our kitchen. They were a little bigger than our usual large-size chicken eggs. The filling of the omelette was four kinds of cheese. The omelette was very tasty. Thank you J! Honestly I could't tell any difference between duck eggs and chicken eggs in terms of taste.
