Andalusia, Spain Day 4 - Cordoba
In the early morning of Day 4, we were already in Cordoba! After being satisfied with traditional breakfast - toasts with olive oil and grated fresh tomato (plus, Jamón, or Spanish dry-cured ham for J), we strolled through the narrow winding streets and admired many historic places, including Casa Árabe, Cuesta del Bailío, Pl. de Capuchinos, Plaza de las Tendillas, Palacio de la Merced, Archivo Municipal de Córdoba, Hospital del Cardenal Salazar, Capilla Mudéjar de San Bartolomé, and Real Parroquia de San Lorenzo Mártir de Cordoba. Dining experience at Taberna Casa Luis was wonderful. Great traditional Cordovan dishes and friendly staff. Yet what really amused me was finding so many orange trees with bright golden fruits everywhere!
