Steamed Japanese Rice with Nametake

This was steamed Japanese rice with Nametake - my another breakfast without J. 

Naketake is a condiment of Enoki mushroom simmered in soy sauce, Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine), and Konbu (kelp) stock. That's one of my favorite condiments for a steamed rice. I bought a jar of Nametake at a Japanese grocery store a long time ago and didn't have a chance to open it until this time. I could easily eat three bowls of rice just with Nameyake.
