Homemade Whole Wheat English Muffins again!

It was way back to the last October when I made English muffins, so I didn't remember how tough the dough was to struggle with the blade in the bread machine. I seriously thought that the bread machine might be going to be broken...
But after the dough cycle, the dough was leavened and seemed fine. The dough was not sticky at all. Easy to cut rounds out without flouring the ring nor the work surface.
Pan-fried each side for 8 minutes, the muffins had these beautiful brown top and bottom. Crumbs were tender and slightly chewy. I grabbed one muffin, tore apart, spread homemade Dulce de Leche, and found a happiness there.
