Homemade Marshmallows

These were homemade marshmallows.

After I filled my little Whoopie Pies, I still had a lot of whipped marshmallow. I transferred it to a baking pan and let it set. Moved it into potato starch and powder sugar, and cut it into cubes.

Homemade marshmallows are totally different from commercial products. They are amazingly light and tastes clean. It's worth home-making fluffy yummies.
