Veggie Pad See Ew again
This was Veggie Pad See Ew, again!
Vegetables were carrot, celery, beansprout, and scallion. I didn't add scrambled egg this time. Instead added fresh cilantro and fresh lime juice at the end, which made Pad See Ew more close to Pad Thai.
