Shortbread Cookies with Fresh Herbs

These were shortbread cookies with fresh herbs from our garden.

The cookies were light, crisp, sweet, buttery. I made two flavors - rosemary and thyme.

Both were wonderful. Maybe with fresh tarragon next time.
