Tuna Salad on Sesame Boule

This was Tuna Salad on Sesame Boule.

Ingredients were homemade tuna salad with a lot of celery and garden herbs (tarragon, thyme, parsley, chive), Spring mix, tomato, mozzarella cheese, Kalamata olives, and mustard: Toasted Garlic & Herb for one sandwich; Toasted Shallot Dark Beer for the other.
Bread was homemade Sesame Boule. I like this non-egg, non-fat, lean bread with hundreds of black and white sesame seeds. It turns out very well each time.
Served with a cup of homemade creamy broccoli soup, the sandwiches became a deluxe combo dinner.
