We had Southern-inspired breakfast at Miss Shirley's Cafe in Annapolis. This was my choice of the day: Blackened Salmon Benedict - "Poached Eggs & Blackened Salmon on Cornbread Squares, Sweet Potato
& Andouille Sausage Hash with Cajun Hollandaise Sauce, dusted with
Cajun Spice."
J's pick was Chicken Fried Pork Chop - "7 oz. Boneless Pork Chop, Green Tomato Chow Chow & Savory Grits with
Diced Bacon, served with Sour Cream Tasso Ham Gravy, dusted with Cajun
Spice."
These were good but so rich. This was not breakfast but the whole day meal!
