Cabbage & Mushroom Galette, again

This was Cabbage & Mushroom Galette, again!

I remembered we enjoyed the first galette. I had half a whole cabbage. It was the time to make it again. When I finished preparing the dough and started making the filling, I realized my leftover cabbage was kinda small. It made only about three cups of thinly sliced cabbage although the recipe called for six cups... But the final filling looked like the right amount.
The galette was tasty. I really like the recipe!
