Korvapuusti - Finish Cinnamon Buns, again
These were Finish-style Cinnamon Buns, Korvapuusti, again!
Freshly baked "slapped ears" shaped buns were our breakfast. The warm spicy Vietnamese cinnamon;s aroma is always irresistible. I used butter-flavored vegetable oil spread to make the dough instead of butter. I didn't taste any problem. I guess that replacement was ok.
