Clam Pasta Day
No scallop or fresh squid ink pasta or Spanish octopus. It was a simple version of clam pasta made with one canned clam, garlic, shallot, J's hot red chili pepper, vermouth and fresh parsley. Pasta was thin spaghetti. Simply delicious.
