These were raspberry crumble bars,
again!
Along with the lemon ginger cookies, I bake them as a birthday gift because the birthday person likes raspberries. Raspberry crumble bars always receive compliments. I guess many people like the buttery nutty fruity crumbly square cookies!
A 9 x 13 sheet makes a lot of bars. Only two of us can't eat all before they get stale. So, I can only make raspberry crumble bars when I give some to someone or bring to a party. Then, J and I can enjoy the leftover.
There were leftover that we enjoyed this time too. They were lovely as usual! Whose birthday is coming next?
