Grits & Sunny-Side Up, again!

This was grits and sunny-side up, again!

I recently bought a new bag of Palmetto Farms' white stone ground grits so that we can make this new favorite breakfast more often. I don't know much about grits, so I chose the brand that has been well-reviewed online. I am not sure if it's the best, but we have been enjoying it so far. At least it tastes better than Quaker's Old Fashioned and much better than Quaker's Quick 5 Minutes. Like the last time, I was in charge of grits; J deal with egg. His sunny-side up was beautifully done: runny silky yolk and fully cooked white with buttery golden crispy bottom! Happy morning.
