American Spoon's Wild Blueberry Compote
I am a strawberry person rather a blueberry person. However, I really liked American Spoon's wild blueberry compote. These tiny gems were grown around the Hiawatha National Forest in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, picked by "a single dedicated forager," and cooked briefly to become lovely delicious compote.
It was very nice on a toast, but my favorite way to enjoy was mixing into plain low-fat yogurt. Yum.
