There are many Japanese traditions I am not keeping now. That's unfortunate but I accept it since I am not in Japan. However, there are a few things I don't want to miss no matter where I live.
Toshikoshi Soba is one of them. It's traditionally a dish for New Year's eve, but I missed it. Although it's already in 2018, better late than never. I made belated
