For our
second Raffetto's ravioli party, we chose Jumbo eggplant ravioli. We paired it with Rao's tomato herb sauce that J found at a Whole Foods store in Annapolis. The sauce was Rao's new flavor we haven't seen.
The ravioli was pretty good! They were tasty and had great texture. Jumbo ravioli was about twice as large as the mushroom ravioli. Surprisingly the Rao's new sauce was also quite good. J said it could be his favorite. Since it's a new product, any local grocery stores around here haven't carried it yet. It could be a potential excuse to ask J to drive down to Annapolis.
