Lemonase was one of many gifts from my parents living in Japan. I haven't had the lemony white chocolate sandwich cookies before. They seem available at only two department stores in Japan. The cookie part was French style light, thin, melt-in-month, butter cookies called "langue de chat," meaning "cat tongue." White chocolate was very creamy and seriously lemony.
