Sara-Udon is one of my favorite products by
Unzen-Kinoko, a Japanese mushroom farm. I could make a similar dish by scratch but couldn't do so just in 15 minutes or add some special ingredients that are not commonly available in the US, such as
Chikuwa, or "bamboo ring" that is a kind of Japanese fish cake. I am willing to take advantage of commercial instant noodles if they are in Unzen-Kinoko's quality.
