J surprised me by secretly ordering several kinds of ravioli with the 110-year-old, family-run pasta shop, Raffetto's in NYC. While all ravioli looked very good, we chose mushroom ravioli to try first.
We served them simply with marinara sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese so that we would taste ravioli well. In short, ravioli tasted fantastic; their texture was superb! The dough was so fresh and the filling was rich and flavorful. Thank you J! I can't wait to try a different flavor!
