J's friend made habanero hot sauce and kindly gave J a bottle. The sauce has a very nice habanero pepper flavor with a hint of garlic. J has been happily adding some in many dishes, snacks, and drinks, including our beef and bean chili, virgin Mary's, etc., whenever he would like a little kick. His goal was to finish the whole bottle before his holiday vacation ends. I don't think he is going to make it, though...
