Unzen Kinoko's Youyou-Men
Winter is the time to buy assorted instant noodles from a mushroom farm, Unzen Kinoko in Japan, and we have just received our order. As the first noodle for this winter, we picked Unzen Kinoko's original flavor, Youyou-men and served it with pork and crab steamed dumplings, or Shu-Mai and salad. It was delicious and cozy. We are going to have a happy warm noodle soup dinner quite often for a while. How exciting!
