Gozenguri by Kitchoan
This thing may look weird but tasted magnificent. It named Gozenguri, made by Kitchoan, a Japanese confectionery maker. A whole chestnut that was carefully marinated in perfectly sweetened syrup was wrapped with silky chestnut paste, which was wrapped with delicate Mochi (rice cake) and covered with crunchy chestnuts sprinkles. Each piece was handmade and sold in autumn/winter only.
The little ball was a art of chestnuts. It could be the most precious sweet for me, a chestnut lover!
