Sheep & Cauliflower from Bettys

Bettys' new fancies - sheep and cauliflower told me spring was coming soon!

I didn't have imagination that cauliflower could get a spotlight like this. Why cauliflower? Does the modest vegetable have a special meaning in England? One of famous symbols of spring in this country? I don't know but they as well as sheep were adorable.

Sheep was brownie cupcake and cauliflower was Genose sponge cake filled with buttercream and coated with marzipan. Both tasted lovely. My favorite part was inside of cauliflower - creamy heaven.
