Tofu Noodle Bowl with Quick-Pickled Carrots
I adapted a recipe from a Waitrose Food magazine. The photo of the dish strongly attracted me. I went to Waitrose and found all ingredients easily, which should be! The recipe was very simple. When J saw the output, he looked skeptical. At the end, he finished his bowl up. He must have liked it although he said the sauce was tart. Oh-oh, I knew the reason. I added more lime juice than what the recipe called for.
