Soft Boiled Eggs

Recently we are into soft boiled eggs for weekend breakfast. Unlike omelette or scrambled eggs, soft boiled eggs don't need oil, daily or garnishes, so they are simple and healthier. Boiling eggs keeps the pan clean. No scrubbing required! I have realized how wonderful soft boiled eggs are finally.

With my old egg timer, eggs are usually done properly - white set and yolk runny but partially slightly set. Without the timer, I have no idea how I could remain weekend morning peaceful.
