Japan 2019 - Parboiled Hamo with Plum Sauce


One of meals at my parents was parboiled Hamo (sea eel) with plum sauce. It's a popular and luxury summer dish especially in West Japan. I haven't eaten it for years since I haven't been in Japan during summer for years. Although I am not a big fan of Japan's hot and humid summer, I have to be there to enjoy a Japanese summer delicacies like this. I thank my mother very much for making lots of efforts to feed me the best whenever I visit her and my father!
