Japan 2019 - Sushi Lunch
My mother and I went to Osaka for shopping. We were getting hungry around noon and looked for a place for lunch - something light and somewhere quiet but casual. There was a sushi restaurant just in front of us. Perfect! We were seated at the counter, where a sushi chef directly served us a freshly made sushi one by one. We both ordered a course of eight kinds of Nigiri.
The first sushi was sea bream with freshly grated Citrus Sudachi (a citrus fruit similar to a lime) zest. Excellent! The second was medium-fatty tuna. Superb!
Of course, there were six more and a small bowl of miso-soup. I was so excited and forgot to take a photo...
