Smoked Salmon & Trout on Bagel

Smoked salmon on Bagel for weekend breakfast, again! This time we had smoked trout, too. We had three kinds of smoked fish: Scottish Lochmuir Oak Smoked Salmon, Spaybay Oak Smoked Salmon, and Kiln Smoked Trout. All came from M&S and tasted pretty good!

For this special breakfast, we bought a special cheese at The Cheeseboard, our favorite cheesemonger in the town. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the cheese but it was wonderfully creamy and delicious.
