Tuna & Alfalfa on Homemade Buns

This was Tuna & Alfalfa on Homemade Buns.

Also, tomato, fresh mozzarella cheese, and green leaves joined in the buns. It was almost like the Focaccia version that we made last month. This time I baked fully burger buns by following my trusted recipe from King Arthur Flour.
I have been baking these buns. They are perfect for any kinds of sandwich all the time.
I grew my second batch of alfalfa, taking a few more days than the last time. so that they could get a little longer. They were cute and yummy in the tuna sandwich.
