Simple Pea Soup

This was simple pea soup.

Shallot, frozen petite pea, white wine, vegetable soup bouillon, and water. That's it. Garnish is fresh mint and black pepper. Pea soup sounds springy, but a cup of warm hearty soup was nice in the autumn evening.
