Banana Bread with Chocolate and Rum Raisin

There were 4 small bananas looking at me. I had to do something. They became banana bread. This happens frequently.

For much less sweet and light texture, only scanty 1/4 cup cane sugar and 3 tbs butter were in the entire loaf. That's my regular formula.

On the other hand, I usually play with additional ingredients. This time I mixed in finely chopped dark chocolate and rum-soaked raisins. Recently, I made coconut banana bread with a splash of rum. Somehow I tend to associate banana bread with rum.

We enjoyed rummy little slices.
