Campanelle with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Campanelle, meaning little bells, is one of my favorite pasta shapes. They are cute, fun to eat, great for creamy sauce.

Incidentally, I had leftover creamy sauce from Zürcher Geschnetzeltes. So, today's dinner was super easy makeover: boil pasta and toss with the wonderful mushroom sauce. Some sprinkle of Hungarian sweet paprika was a fine touch.

Here was leftover Rösti too. They were nicely reheated in the toaster.

Ta-da! Effortless delicious dinner!
