Lobster ravioli - lobster in pink creamy sauce topped with crab meat & sun-dried tomatoes
Actually, J and I decided a specific dinner menu day before and I was just going to grocery to buy some ingredients for the menu... then, an unexpected event happened and I was not able to cook. Tomorrow never knows; in this case, today never knows.
But the ending was alright with this rich take-out pasta. We used to take-out from this restaurant very often. People there, apparently from Italy, were very friendly and their dishes were pretty reasonable. It has been our reliable "backup." We got a piece of Tiramisu, too, which we must have had hundreds of so far.
For the next emergency, we will be back to the restaurant - sooner or later.
