Meatloaf Sandwich

The meatloaf came back on our table in a new form - sandwich topped with mix of Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

I baked buns by following a recipe, "Beautiful Burger Buns" from King Arther Flour. Buns were easy to make and more importantly tasty as over 200 comments have endorsed the recipe with the 5 star rating.

I used two different crust finishes - melted butter (light and mat) and egg white (dark and shiny). Both looked (and tasted) fine, just different.

 By the way, buns were JUMBO!
