Meatloaf
With regard to cooking, we usually would like to do from scratch as much as possible.
This was an exception - Williams-Sonoma's Classic Meatloaf starter.
We have used a couple of the easy, time-saving jars. We simply liked the great sweet onion and tomato flavor. So did we this time.
Using the saved time, I compounded a new creamy sesame salad dressing.
2 tbs ground sesame
3 tbs Ponzu (Japanese citrus-based soy sauce)
3 tbs mayo
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbs sesame oil
With mushed potato and steamed broccoli as sides, we kept the theme "classic."
