Black Bean Tacos

My new toy came home today - a tortilla press. It amazingly worked! 8 cone tortillas were ready to eat in a second.

According to J's request, fillings were black beans. I simmered black beans with tomato salsa and spices. Garnished with fresh tomato, avocado, and cheese, the tacos were just delicious.

I am wondering any other way to use the press.
