Double Matcha Twist Buns

This was Double Matcha Twist Bun. I named so now.

I made An-pan with homemade sweeten white bean paste mixed with Japanese green tea Matcha before. This time, I shaped them in a different way. 
Before baked, they were a little weird green things...
After baked, they looked better. They tasted very good!

Because of the twisted shape, the bread part and the filling part were nicely marbling unlike usual An-pan with the big filling ball in the center. However, the filling part exposed on the surface became dry and crumble. I will think about another alternative shape.
