Grilled Lobster Tails with Tarragon Butter

These were Grilled Lobster Tails with Tarragon Butter.

It was a beautiful day to grill out. Our question was what to grill. Lobster tails were our choice. It was the first time for us to grill lobster tails. Adapting a grilling technique from Steven Raichlen's How To Grill book, J grilled the tails and basted them melted butter, garlic and fresh tarragon from our garden. Served with homemade Polenta and green salad, the grilled lobster tails became a gorgeous weekend dinner.
