Petit Louis Bistro
We had a lovely lunch at a cute French bistro in north Baltimore, Petit Louis Bistro, with our friend Mr & Mrs T. This was my Potage St. Germain, Split Pea Soup, Carrot Mousse, Crispy Ham. It was a lovely starter.
J's cured ham of chestnut-fed pigs was wonderful too.
My Poached Eggs with Madrange Ham, Brioche, Hollandaise Sauce were très bon. I am usually not a ham person, but I really enjoyed their ham.
J was very satisfied with his salmon too!
The restaurant was cozy with a lot of bright sunshine. It was a perfect place to have a great long relaxed brunch.
