Lamb Loin Chops in Uzbek Marinade

These were Lamb Loin Chops in Uzbek Marinade. And Tabbouleh again.

Our friend who is a superb cook kindly shared this lamb dish recipe with us. The dish was simple: marinate lamb in a pureed tomato-onion-garlic-herbs-spices sauce for about 5 hours and grill them.
My grill master, J did a great job! He gave lamb handsome grill marks on the seared crust.
The loin chops were very tender and the flavors from the marinade and grilling were wonderful! It was a must-have recipe. Thanks S!!
