Fish Tacos

Our mission was to use our rapidly-growing dill and cilantro and J's jalapeño from our small garden. Fish Tacos were perfect for it.

We marinated beautiful sea bass fillets in the herbs, jalapeño, garlic, scallion, lime, and cumin marinade, and pan-seared them. Toppings were herb-lime tartar sauce (mayo + crème fraîche) and sliced avocados. Wrap all of them with corn tortillas and enjoy! Light and flavorful.

Coleslaw with vinegar was a tangy side dish.

Mission Accomplished.
