Scrambled Eggs on Bâtard

This was our Memorial Day breakfast. J has been having a taste for eggs recently somehow. He made fluffy scrambled eggs with bacon.

For J's special eggs, I baked bâtard - short and chubby baguette. Well, first of all, the shape was strange. "Coupe" totally failed. The crust wasn't super crispy. On the other hand, the interior was wonderfully chewy. It tasted great.

I guess his egg fever is gone. I hope bacon too.
