Thanksgiving Dinner 2019


Before not too late, I thought I should make a record about our Thanksgiving dinner of this year. We were in Lyon, France on Thanksgiving day, so we did our Thanksgiving celebration after we came back home. Since we had lots of rich meals in France, something light sounded nice for us - dover sole meunière, which we cooked and enjoyed not so long time ago, steamed asparagus, fresh salad, and mushroom risotto. No roasted turkey, ham, gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, or candied yam topped with marshmallows. We watched the Downton Abbey movie over the non-traditional Thanksgiving lunch/dinner. It turned out pretty well!
