French Toast


I rarely make French toast even though I like French toast. Anyway, recently I had some slices of good bread in freezer, eggs and milk. It was a perfect chance to have a French toast breakfast. J seemed to like the idea. Then, I realized I don't have a good recipe for French toast. I searched a recipe and I found one titled "Easy. No failure. The world-best French Toast" on Cookpad, the largest recipe site and cooking community in Japan. The recipe was not just simple and but also interesting. You warm bread up in the egg and milk mixture in the microwave shortly before pan-frying so that the bread will absorb the egg and milk mixture like a sponge! The result was excellent! It could be the world-best recipe indeed.
